We help foreigners apply for and obtain a China work visa — company setup, work permit, residence permit, and the Z visa. Send us your nationality, goal (found a company, take a job, or visit), and target city, and we will map the exact steps and document list for you.

Before you contact us, have these ready
It speeds things up if you include: your nationality, whether you are already in China, your current visa status, and your target city. For work-visa cases, also note if you will run your own company or join an employer.

Do you only serve Hainan, or all of China?
We focus on the Hainan Free Trade Port but assist foreign founders and hires across China. Tell us your target city and we will confirm coverage.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes — send your case and we will reply with a tailored step list and document checklist at no charge.
How long does it take, how do you charge, and how fast do you reply?
We reply to email and WeChat within 1–2 business days (WeChat is usually faster). Timelines depend on the path: registering a new company as a foreigner takes roughly 2–4 weeks, and the full work-visa chain (work permit + residence permit + Z visa) typically 1–2 months after that; joining an existing employer skips company setup and is shorter. Fees are billed by stage, not as one prepaid block — the first consultation is free, and we give you a concrete quote after we see your case.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Nothing formal. In your first message, tell us your nationality, whether you are already in China, your current visa status, your target city, and whether you plan to run your own company or join an employer. A scan of your passport's photo page helps but is not required to start the conversation.
I'm outside China or in another city — do I need to visit your Haikou office?
Company registration can be started remotely, but you first need a China mobile number registered under your own passport and a China bank card — the authorities require these for identity verification before any filing can begin. If you are still outside China, we guide you on preparing these and handle the preliminary steps online; the first consultation is online too. A few steps still need you in person (for example biometrics or collecting documents), and we flag those early and arrange them in a city convenient to you.
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. We provide bilingual (English / Chinese) support — email, WeChat, and phone can all be in English, and Chinese-language materials come with translation or explanation.
Besides work visas, what else can you handle?
Company registration (including WFOE), work permits and residence permits, Z-visa coordination, and Hainan visa-free entry advice. In short, we cover the whole chain from landing and setting up a company to obtaining the work visa and residence permit.
